Mary E. Gilstrap

Mary Gilstrap has been practicing business litigation for more than 30 years. She represents private entity clients in a variety of business-related disputes, including contracts, real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions and other corporate disputes. She also handles contested matters in the probate courts, including litigation involving wills and trusts and elder abuse. Ms. Gilstrap has acted as outside counsel supervising litigation for two international publicly traded companies evaluating the performance of a variety of outside law firms, as well as advising as to the viability and economic impact of litigation settlement.
