Thomas R. Saltarelli

Thomas R. Saltarelli has decades of experience in business law, commercial real estate, governmental relations, and corporate transactional matters. A seasoned attorney, business executive, and former public official, he brings a uniquely broad perspective shaped by leadership in law, business, military service, and government.

Mr. Saltarelli is recognized for his work in commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, general business matters, and corporate transactions. While his focus now is primarily on transactional and advisory matters, he spent nearly 30 years as a litigator representing clients in a wide range of legal disputes.

Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Saltarelli served as an officer in the United States Navy, including two active tours of duty in Vietnam. Following his military service, he held leadership positions in the private sector, including serving as president of Dacion Corporation, a business marketing and financial services consulting group. He later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California before graduating from Western State University College of Law and becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 1981.

In addition to his legal and business accomplishments, Mr. Saltarelli has extensive public service experience. He served eight years on the Tustin City Council, including two terms as Mayor of the City of Tustin, California. During his tenure, he directed the governmental closure aspects of Marine Corps Air Station Tustin and also served as a Director of the Orange County Sanitation District and Vice-Chairman of the Orange County Fire Authority.

Mr. Saltarelli has served on numerous corporate boards and nonprofit organizations throughout his distinguished career. He was previously Chairman of the Board and President of Veterans Park Conservancy and also served on the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation in Washington, D.C., now known as Veterans for America.
